okay let’s start so about the website it looks like the design is almost done but the home page isn’t delivered yet and I think if we want to launch early october that’s just not realistic because the pricing copy isn’t written and without the copy there’s kind of no point launching and we haven’t really tested payments either so I suggest moving it to the fifteenth then the home page design is due by the tenth the copy by the twelfth and we test payments separately by the fourteenth because that’s the main risk if a payment fails that’s worse than launching a week later okay next the free trial we argued about it for a long time but let’s launch without it and look at the numbers later and another question do we need an english version at launch or can it wait I’d do it later but we need to decide by the end of the week and ads ads only once the copy is ready otherwise we pay for traffic to an empty page
