Service features

Gecko Voice provides speech recording, transcription, AI notes, tasks and search of your personal history. Cloud features require an account, connectivity and an available processing allowance. Local recording alone does not provide on-device speech recognition.

The iOS app offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time packs through the App Store. The plan resources, price and period are shown before purchase confirmation. Purchases are linked to your Gecko Voice account.

Subscriptions, packs and refunds

Payment for an iOS purchase is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the App Store shows the next period price. Manage or cancel renewal in App Store settings.

Subscription minutes and AI actions are provided for the paid period; unused resources expire at the end of that period or when changing plans. One-time packs do not expire when a subscription ends. Restore purchases in Gecko Voice settings after signing in to the same account.

Apple reviews refund requests for App Store purchases. A confirmed refund changes the granted resources and access. Deleting your Gecko Voice account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it separately to stop future charges.

Recordings and other people’s rights

Only record and submit content you have the right to use. Obtain any necessary permission from conversation participants and comply with applicable requirements for speech recording, personal data and copyright.

By choosing cloud processing, you ask the service to process submitted material for the selected features. Data handling is described in the privacy document.

Check the result

Speech recognition and AI may make mistakes, omit words or infer meaning incorrectly. Check transcripts, names, dates and tasks before using or sharing a result.

Keep copies of material you need. Cloud feature availability depends on connectivity, processing and the state of the service.

Managing your account

Protect access to your sign-in method and review open sessions. Do not use another person’s account, try to access other people’s recordings or disrupt the service.

You can end sessions and request account deletion in Settings. Contact support about account recovery or data processing.

Operator, governing law and contacts

Gecko Voice is operated by GeckoDev. Contact support@geckovoice.com or the Telegram support channel about the service and data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.
