What to write to get help the first time

   For example: “forwarded a voice message to the bot” or “uploaded a file on the website”.

   What you expected and what you got

   The error text or a screenshot — if you have one.

   Where and when

   Bot, website or Mac, and roughly when.

Check first

• A failed recording can be retried with the Retry button on the record page.
• Text is there but no breakdown yet — wait a little: the breakdown arrives after the text.
• Different recordings on two devices — make sure you are signed in to the same account.
