Search and tasks

Search all recordings

Press Search or ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows). Search looks at text and meaning at once: you find both the exact phrase and a recording where the same thing was said in other words.

A result opens the recording with the match highlighted.

Tasks

Gecko Voice finds tasks — with due dates when they were mentioned — in your recordings and collects them in Tasks.

   Filter

   All, active or done.

   Mark as done

   Or mark it active again if you were too quick.

3. 3

   Open the recording

   A task leads to the recording where it was said — context at hand.

You can delete an unneeded task — the recording stays as it is.

Home shows a summary of your recordings: how much and when you talked, frequent words and quotes.
